The Semi Shop ("we," "us") operates thesemishop.com. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it. Short version: we collect only what you give us to dispatch a repair, and we never sell it.

What we collect

• Dispatch form: your name, phone number, truck location, and a description of the problem — used only to contact you and dispatch service.
• Phone calls and texts: if you call or text (208) 696-9888, we keep normal call/text records to run the job.
• Basic server logs: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard request logs (IP address, page requested) for security and performance. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

• To answer your request, dispatch a mechanic, quote work, and invoice completed repairs.
• To keep records the law requires for repair work and inspections.
• We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the business (for example, our messaging provider that delivers your dispatch request to our team).

How long we keep it

Repair and inspection records are kept as long as regulations and normal business practice require. Dispatch messages that never become a job are deleted in routine cleanup.
